Denver Health and Hospital Authority is a comprehensive, integrated organization with multiple
components that includes a 477-bed main hospital that houses the Rocky Mountain Regional Level 1
Trauma Center, the only academic level 1 trauma center in the area, eight satellite clinics, 12
school-based health centers, a poison and drug center, and the 911 medical response system for
Denver County. Denver Health also houses the Rocky Mountain Center for Medical Response to
Terrorism, Mass Casualties and Epidemics and the Colorado Biological, Nuclear, Incendiary,
Chemical and Explosive (BNICE) Training Center.
e4 is providing Program Director Leadership to Denver Health for their Soarian program while pioneering
innovative techniques, including LEAN and advanced governance structures. The program involves the
implementation of the full suite of Siemens Soarian applications, including Clinicals, Financials,
Workflow Engine, Scheduling, and HIM, replacing the existing INVISION and other vendor applications.
e4 is also providing Project Management and Implementation Services to Denver.
