Mike holds a four year degree in Health Information Management (HIM) and is a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) Mike is also a certified professional in healthcare quality (CPHQ).
He has been in the HIM field for over 17 years. Mike worked as the Assistant Medical Record Director at Reading Hospital in PA. He then left Reading Hospital and worked for Siemens Health Services. Before he left, he was the HIM product line manager and helped to design the Siemens EMR. Mike is currently a Principal for e4 Services, LLC

Niall holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Trinity College Dublin and was a board member of the AHIMA FORE organization from 2004 to 2005. Niall also has over twenty years of experience in the Healthcare Information Technology field having held positions in engineering, implementations, management, marketing, sales and project management.
Prior to co-founding e4 Services, LLC, Niall was General Manager for the Document Management and HIM division of Siemens Health Services (formerly of Shared Medical Systems). In his role at e4 Services, LLC, Niall has worked exclusively with healthcare institutions across the United States to help them manage complex IT projects including major implementations such as the complete replacement of Clinical Information Systems.

Dave has worked in the computer software field for 25 years including the past 10 years in the healthcare field. He served as the director of software development, QA, and implementations for various companies include LanVision (now Streamline Health) and Siemens. Before leaving Siemens, Dave managed the development of the tools and methodology used for the EDM and Soarian HIM customer implementations. He continues to develop methodology as part of the framework at e4 Services, LLC. Dave graduated magna cum laude from the University of Cincinnati with a BS degree in Information Systems.
