Jim Hennessy, Chief Executive Officer
Jim brings 25 years of Healthcare Information Technology and business operations experience to e4. Prior to joining e4 in 2008 as a Principal Consultant and Director of Business Development, Jim served in executive roles including Chief Operating Officer of i3Archive and Chief Information Officer of Dollar Financial Group. Additionally, Hennessy has 14 years of experience within Siemens Medical (formerly Shared Medical Systems), including 10 years as part of the leadership team that founded their Outsourcing Division.
Jim graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a BS degree in Computer Science. Jim is very active in the greater Philadelphia non-profit arena, including serving as Board Chairman of the Children’s Crisis Treatment Center in Philadelphia.
Niall Doherty, President & Founding Partner
Niall holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Trinity College Dublin and was a board member of the AHIMA FORE organization from 2004 to 2005. Niall also has over twenty years of experience in the Healthcare Information Technology field having held positions in engineering, implementations, management, marketing, sales and project management.

In his role at e4 Services, LLC, Niall has worked exclusively with healthcare institutions across the United States to help them manage complex IT projects including major implementations such as the complete replacement of Clinical Information Systems.
Mike Brensinger, Founding Partner & Director of HIM Services
Mike is a Health Information Management and Technology Executive with leadership experience in successfully building and optimizing Health Information Management (HIM) and Technology Services organizations and companies. With over 17 years of experience in Health Information Technology management, Mike is a recognized industry expert with a unique and valued combination of HIM and Information Technology operational experience.

With over 17 years of experience in Health Information Technology management, Mike is a recognized industry expert with a unique and valued combination of HIM and Information Technology operational experience.Mike is credentialed as a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) and Certified Professional Healthcare Quality (CPHQ). He is an active member of AHIMA, PHIMA, and CPHIMA – organizations committed to the goals of improving performance and effectiveness within Health Information Management. Mike has a depth of HIM operational experience serving in both full-time and interim HIM Director roles, where his experience and knowledge quickly translated into immediate and sustained operational and financial improvements.
Prior to co-founding e4, Mike served as the HIM product line manager at Siemens Health Services, helping to design their eHIM system. He worked at Reading Hospital in Pennsylvania, where he served as the Assistant Medical Records Director.
